


Whilst his novel The Crew continues to top the soccer download chart on both Amazon and iTunes over 11 years since it's initial release in 2000, Brimson is becoming increasingly known for his comedy writing and has tackled various subjects ranging from men and romance to males and their love affair with soccer. A further 16 books have followed and their success has established him as not only one of the UK's most prolific authors but a leading authority on the issue of lad culture. The book examined the culture of football and football hooliganism from the inside and became an instant smash.

Perhaps best known for penning the multi-award winning Elijah Wood and Charlie Hunnam led feature Green Street, the former Royal Air Force serviceman's literary career began in 1996 when he wrote a book based on his own experiences as a soccer casual entitled, Everywhere We Go.
